T&Cs Our Contract
My Commitment To You
I will work with you to define a plan of action for achieving your goals. I will maintain absolute total confidentiality and abide by the Code of Ethics for the various bodies I am a member of. I will treat your aspirations and desires for the future with respect. I will have high expectations for you. I will keep you on track using accountability interventions.
Your Commitment To Me
You agree to carry out any challenges or assignments that we set within the time-scales set You agree to make payment in advance (payment plans can be agreed, a deposit is required to secure the time slot) You agree to communicate your progress or any dissatisfaction with the coaching process. You agree to continue even when the going may get tough.
Our Continuing Commitment – Honesty and communication
Throughout the working relationship, the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The client understands that the power of the coaching relationship can be granted only by the client, and the client agrees to do just that: have the coaching relationship be powerful. If the client believes the coaching is not working as desired, the client will communicate that belief and take action to return the power to the coaching relationship.
The Daemon Career Coach operates a no refund policy. It is your responsibility to determine whether you are ready to make the changes using the interventions described on this website. In some instances tasks will be assigned before agreeing to work together, only when the tasks have been completed will payment be taken and an agreement offered. If work has started to take place in the form of phone/Skype calls, emails and tasking and you decide to discontinue with the service, please expect to be invoiced for administration/time spent up to that point.
No details of the coaching will be discussed by the coach beyond the coach/ client relationship. Any professional issues from these sessions arising in the coaches supervision process will be raised anonymously. Detailed conversations between the client and the coach will remain confidential unless the coach believed there was a serious risk of harm to the client, or others through poor practice or any other factor. In this situation the coach will inform the client that the issue will be taken to the relevant authorities. Note taking will be anonymous, brief and kept securely in the coach’s office. Everything discussed in sessions is treated as completely confidential, except where the law requires that I disclose information. If this is the case I will do this with your full knowledge, unless I need to take action within the remit of the prevention of terrorism act 2011. I always aim to work in collaboration with Clients.
The coach and the client both agree to a 24 hour cancellation policy. Unless the Client gives the coach 24 hours’ notice of non-attendance at a session then the client will still pay the coach the amount specified above. Similarly the coach will respect the client and give the client 24 hours’ notice in return.
Coaching does not provide psychological or medical advice, and does not in any way, replace sound treatment from a qualified health care provider. Your coach is not a Medical Doctor, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Master’s in Family Therapy, or a Master’s in Social Work. Rebecca will only provide services in which she has been trained, and if she cannot help you, will refer you to an appropriately qualified person who can help you.
