On-going mentoring serves to clarify and embed the hard graft you have already put in. Mentoring provides an opportunity to revisit your work, meeting your needs regarding accountability and the honouring of your achievements. Having worked together on such a deep level before, it would be a privilege to continue to walk alongside you, in whatever way you need, as you take that body of work forward.
I do know it can feel a little lonely out there whether changes you have made are big or small. So, whatever your current circumstances are, I am eager to hear of your developments and celebrate successes with you. Mentoring may take place on scheduled bi-monthly, six-monthly or even on an ad-hoc basis; we decide your timescale together.
