So one can be a leader if firstly you see a need for change and secondly you can convince others to believe in the same need for change and to contribute towards that.
And if you think about it, that can happen at any level of an organisation, it can happen when someone jettisons their organisation entirely in order to challenge the status quo. Everything is changing all of the time. If organisations, industry sectors, individuals career paths, and our ethics cannot respond to those then they will fall by the wayside.
If individuals cannot recognise, act and harness others to act in order to manoeuvre us away from impending human, business and planetary disaster, then we will self-destruct.
