How To Find Work That Matters

I don’t want a careers coaching job. Whilst that might seem like a bizarre statement coming who IS a careers coach, this is why I say those words:

On the face of it, Careers coaching might be a majority of what I am seen to do  I meet with individuals and we redesign what it is they want to do and more importantly we define how they want to do it. That’s the job of a careers coach no? No!

What I do is help people to find work that matters and integrate that into their lives.

This way I help people to flourish in their work. This way I contribute to the redefinition of our trade patterns. This way, ultimately, I play my part in helping the planet survive a little longer. My Thing is enabling others to find their Thing! When people know why they are doing what they are doing, they are present, observant and far less likely to cause harm in their work.

This is NOT a Careers Coaching Job

This is not a careers coaching job. This is a woman on a mission to contribute to the shift away from the emphasis on profit towards the focus on the importance of planet and people. We have to do this or we will implode. People, communities, health and well-being, and ultimately our planet, are being pillaged for the profit of the very few. By honouring your purpose and your values, you too can contribute to this much-needed shift.
